Direct Coated Release Films

PRIMELINER™

Primeliner range of products are direct silicone coated PE or PET films with either one or two-sided release.

Silicone chemistries used are either solvent based or solventfree. In addition to standard one and two-sided silicone coatings we can offer also a very stable two-side siliconised process liner.

Polypropylene (PP)

  • high temperature resistance
  • good conformability
  • available in several colours
  • thicknesses from 28 microns

Polyester (PET)

  • high tensile and tear
  • high temperature and solvent resistance
  • thickness 12 - 190 microns

High-density polyethylene (HDPE)

  • rigid with good tensile and tear resistance
  • better temperature resistance than LDPE
  • available in several colours
  • thickness 25 - 125 microns

Medium-density polyethylene (MDPE)

  • good temperature resistance (better than LDPE, but lower than HDPE)
  • good conformability
  • available in several colours
  • thicknesses from 40-200 microns

Low-density polyethylene (LDPE)

  • low solvent and heat resistance
  • good conformability
  • available in several colours
  • thickness 70 - 125 microns

Polystyrene (PS) or High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS)

  • Consistent release
  • Cleanliness
  • Thermoformable
  • Ability to be die-cut
