Loparex Group Completes Sale of Business Units to Mondi

The Netherlands, (September 1, 2008) –Loparex Group has completed the sale of four business units to Mondi Coating BV (part of Mondi Group, listed at London and Johannesburg Stock Exchanges), as announced on April 14, 2008.  The units sold are Loparex OY (manufacturing facility in Lohja, Finland), Loparex LTD (manufacturing facility in Glossop, UK), as well as Loparex’ printing and slitting terminals located in Poland and Thailand.

Loparex Group will continue to supply a complete range of release liners and blown films specifically designed for applications in the graphics, tapes, medical and hygiene, label, and industrial markets.
